You do not get any operational software on that CD to run the Maxi Flash Pro off your Windows 7 laptop, it's only drivers for the J2534 , so after you go to a OE website and pay for an OE subscription and download the OE software program, the OE Program  will then hopefully work off the laptop connecting  to the vehicle  with the J2534 interface and find the required  drivers on the pc you installed earlier  from the CD .
