Maxisys Pro fails during Ford Focus 2.0 DCT clutch adaptive relearn procedure. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Maxisys erases the good adaptive memory in the TCM and starts a relearn procedure and fails, a good running transmission becomes crippled.

Did you make sure that all the pre requisite required conditions for the test to be  run without aborting have been satisfied before performing  it.  Figuring , Maybe won't run with any engine or VSC, or even TPMS  codes, temperature of engine and trans in required ranges, battery and charging condition working , parking brake need to be applied? Maybe if the test needs to be done on level ground and Julio has the @ss end jacked way up cuz the nose down attitude looks cool, the Yaw sensor reading out of normal range that the test condition has to be done in :-)

prerequisties were all satisfied. Pedal brake is applied, vehicle in Park. That's pretty much it. I used Ford IDS, VCM II to recalibrate this transmission today.
Just to make sure I tried it second time, again it failed at exactly the same step which is Apply WOT to learn clutch travel points. It immediately says adaptation failed. Worse part of it is in the step before this one, maxisys goes over the TCM and erases all the adaptive memory such as shift points, clutch travel points, neutral points etc. After failure, transmission stays stuck in some gear and it becomes totally immobile, putting  the gear in neutral doesn't do anything. Only way to move the vehicle around at this point is by lifting the front tires up, or removing the gear shift motors off the transmission and manually putting it in neutral with a screwdriver.
