2007 Toyota Rav4 Key Programming

Hello forum. I have a 2007 Toyota Rav4 with transmission issues, we replaced the ecm and for the life of me I can not figure out how to program a new key to the ecm. When I look up the function in the function list it tells me that this is a supported feature yet I can not find the option. I have checked in immobilizer and I all get is Transponder Registration, which only adds keys and does not delete them. I have a maxisys pro with 4.40 Toyota software. -

you can use x100 key programing or something like that to register a new key or you can put a jumper in dlc conector pin 13 to pin 4 about 30 minutes ' ignition on , and remove jumper and try to start -

Oh, that sounds interesting, but I know this machine can do it, because I have seen someone program the same car before. I just want to know if this tool is not able to perform this function. -

Sorry I forgot you replaced the ECM. If you didn't replace the pcm and still have one working master key , you could try this .
