I bought Autel maxidiag elite 802 s/n md8316002627 and I've been trying to register the product since 3 March 2017 and getting an error message "
The product does not exist. Please check the information you entered" i know for a fact that I entered correct details.
Can you advise what to do from my side as i really need to get the updated software, please urgently assist as i already sent emails to support on 3rd March already and no response till today.
