how can i redownload software i lost after subscription expiration

I have a maxisys mini and somehow my software is gone. I get an error code 1 for authorization. it seems all my car brands are gone. my subscription has expied. I don't care if I can't update I just want to get back to the point that I lost. what can I do? thanks all. -

Restore form backup if you have created one before.
Otherwise you have to pay Autel for new updates.
There is NO download once the updates expire.

unfortunatley the same response i recivied and i is not fai to us even nobody is interested in this issue we not autel backup software and that do not have where give us backup the manual is neither a warning that if we do notlose software to recover if i did do before backup scam gril -
