I just received my 708 and am unable to get live engine data or crank re-align to work on my 2003 chev 6L,  It connects for about 2 seconds the drops out and gives tool not connecting to controller error.  I called the support number and the guy told me that Autel is not fixing software problems on the 708,  I thought that it was to be supported until 2020??  Maybe I should return it .   I just figured out how to upload a data log file.  Is there any point in sending in the file?  will Autel look into it?
