hello i have a ts501 and i can't download id sensor in my car is a altima 2010 2.5s do i need and update ????

     hello i have a ts501 and my car is a altima 2010 and thew systeme tell me to download the id sensor but i don't have 
    this option when i want to communicate to obd the ts501 tell me is not a valide function what is the problem
    do i need an update for this ?????? i can read the sensor but i can't download it in the car thanks
