G'day all,

I am loking at a 08213 code (intake manifold flap sensor/switch) issue on a 2007 5N tiguaan,

When I try and actuate the flap threw the maxisys elite I get the error:

"Service refuse, Code: 7F 31 22, Condition not meet!"

I have tried with ignition ON, Engine ON - IGN OFF, ENG OFF - IGN ON, ENG OFF..

Any ideas?

Is there a reference to what the hex(?) error codes are and how to overcome them?
