Was told to do a factory reset, erase sd and update each car maker one at a time (instead of "update all") but still won't open the Generic program. Tried opening the generic program on 4 separate vehicles with same failed results.
Message says dlopen failed. All enhanced programs work. Tried doing a reset and then updating/downloading only the Generic Program but still no joy.
