     how do we re code new keys on a nissan qashqai 2016 model , dealer is saying it has to go to them so they can put on nissan software

      The owner of the car should give Nissan Customer service a call and find out about getting a full printout of all of a his vehicle's PIN and security codes on a printout sheet  for his vehicle and find out what the specific name of this print out is called , so the Dealership service writers can't play stupid and jerk him around and give him the requested information if he can show ownership of the vehicle.
