More info please , What's a VSV valve ?,  A Variable Sh@t Valve? What platform are you using and what Nissan version software are you presently running ? What diagnostic testing have you done so far and what are your fuel pressures , Water in fuel can create havoc, wrong oil etc, etc . These are basic things you need to put effort into posting a question , if you expect others to help. We don't have Crystal balls except Liberachi might have had a pair hanging from the back of his pick up truck hitch.

What country are you in? I'm in the US and I don't believe they sell the "Navara" in this market. At least it is not listed in my service data and I've never seen one.
