problem with key programming

    Hello there, am have problem with key progammimg on ford mustang 2014. When its gets to 'wait for 10 seconds it just go back to shot off everything and go back to the home pages. What do I do please????????

     It's a 10 minute wait for security access. take proper measures to insure battery voltage of vehicle does not drop too low as well as the battery of your tablet

     For the 2014 you need a locksmith license and a subscription to  motor-craft service. You need the J2534 Pass-Thru Device, or the Ford IDS.

      software bug. 2014 mustangs still have timed pats ( 10 minute wait ) 2015 and up has coded pats. not all ford vehicles have coded pat after 2013, some even go as far as 2016 on time pats according to my list but the list could be off  a bit like they tend to be sometimes.

      You are right. I Don't know if the fob is a way to quickly identify if is pats or coded pats?
