     Just purchased a Cen-tech 62120 from harbor freight...  of course they don't have much support, is this where we can update?

     Probably the same as the Autel AL519. About the update You can try it at your own risk, it may brick the scanner.
    For ABS / SRS coverage spend a little more and get the AL619.
