2002 Mazda Protege 2.0 Live data and Actuator test fail Maxi Sys Pro

     MaxiSys Pro , Mazda Software version 7.12 I was able to retrieve and clear PCM codes but  was not able to keep viewing live data pids for any longer than 30 seconds before data display  stops and screen prompts me to turn ignition key on.
     In Actuator function of Intake Runner control when you select turn on the Intake Runner Control solenoid the screen would still read that the state was off and a noid light would not light up when I selected on.I replaced the Intake Runner control solenoid but I still could not get MaxiSys Pro to turn IMRC solenoid on or continue to display live data pids in Live Data..

     Have you tried sending a log in yet? I'm waiting for mine to screw up so I can try the log out. I would like to know if tech support ignores those logs we send in or if they really do get back to you with a fix.
