If you have a Maxi Das or Maxi Sys and can feel intermittent miss at idle or very light load , maybe you could  see it using Power Balance In Work Support or Special Function .

     OBD2 mode 6

scroll down to  cylinder miss fire

    any  large values are misfires

any small counts may be ghost misfires

view the data, you should be able to figure it out

unless the crank  relearn happened with a mechanical/compression misfire

    then its  search and destroy

Like Jim stated get to OBD generic mode 6 usually test ID53 for cylinder specific values. Depending on how much they give you IE:current drive cycle, history your looking for all to be value 0. I've had small intermittent misfires I could feel and the values were under 100 so don't ignore anything unless 0 value. Remember values get updated while driving under load so even if you see count slightly increase hopefully while you felt something at the time it's an issue for sure good luck
