    I figure You need to install the PC suite on your PC that has a good internet connection . You shut off your scan tool and remove the SD card . Open the PC suite and place the SD card in the card reader and you should now have authorization for French Language and be be able to check for updates and down load them in the French language and they should be installed on the SD card.I'm not sure if you have the actual capability and physical capacity on the SD card to have both languages together and and be able to pick and choose between 2 languages worth of software on it, or you just have the authorization to f@ck it up with both and end up with a Canadian Brick :-)
