    Dear Customer,

    The "scan_arm.exe" file was sent to your email demaxauto4real@yahoo.com via Wetransfer. 
    Load the SD card to the computer,
    Open "Scan" folder;
    Replace the old "scan_arm.exe" with the new one you just downloaded;
    Insert your SD card back to your tool;
    Reboot your tool.

    Have a check if the problem is still there or not.
