Hi I have new divice ,and downloaded maxi suite but cant see how to get individual car free download it just says failed to download list please refresh but refresh does nothing ,do i need specific car download?

    Which device do you have ?
    Is the device registered to your AutelID/Account ?
    Do you have the latest Software/MaxiSuite from the Autel web page installed ?
