Curious  if anyone else has had this happen and if there is something that can be done to correct it? 

Scanned a Porsche Cayman this morning. While in the scan, you can go into the control module and read the codes. It gives you the code itself then to the right, a description. 

Now ,when I exit the scan and go to "Shop Manager" then click "Vehicle History" and select the car I just scanned, the following happens; all the info is there (VIN, year, make, model). But, if I scroll down to the DTC section all it gives is the code number. To the right of EVERY code, where there should be a simple description, all it says is "PLEASE REFER TO VEHICLE SERVICE MANUAL". 

What good is that on a printed report that I need for files or to give a copy to my client? 

Anyone know of anything to fix this?
