I'm running into a similar problem. I tried to update my AL319 and was able to download the ZIP files, however, they require a program that will unzip .rar files. I haven't found a program that doesn't require you to pay for it. Second... I am unable to register my scanner because there is no drop-down listing for the AL319. Tech support wanted me to download a remote access tool to allow them to assist me remotely. I am not at all comfortable doing this. If Autel no longer supports the AL319, I'd just like to know that up front before I allow someone to go dicking around in my computer just to tell me that afterward.

Free Zip utilities are available for free if you do a search and window 8.1 and > it's built in just by double clicking on the file and choose extract all.  Did support indicate it may be registered Via PC suit?
