Mercedes owners and throttle body relearn

I’m hoping there are some mercedes owners who have some good experience with using the AUTEL software to perform specific functions. I have a 2009 ML63 AMG and using my AUTEL MS905 mini to perform some work. I know under the ‘special functions’ section there should be the option to perform Throttle Body/Idle relearn etc.this option and the many other options that can be performed, are not showing up at all on my device. What is your experience or can you shed some further light on this for me? Cheers in advance!
