So I bought a ds708 to donate to a auto repair center who does free repair for wounded vets, battered women and families in red crodss disaster areas. they were so excited and greatful. I did my own fundraising by my self to cover the $650 price tag. the first time they needed to use it it was discovered that the vehicle info needed to be updated but Autel is not wanting to share old software from a discontinued device thats only been discontinued a couple months., software on device is from 2014 and Autel Customer support say to me" buy a Maxisys and donate that"  ive bought Over 4 grand in drones and accessories in the last month, plus the ds708.....This was horrible customer experice. I think Im done with Autel
