    Can anyone help me with the programing of a 2006 commander. I have transfered the vin and programed the keys but everytime I try to starte the vehicle the security light goes on and I have a no start situation. Has anyone done a new computer on a chrysler successfully and can help me. Thank you

     With a new PCM, you hook up the Jbox and program the new PCM with a techauthority subscription. Then after programming, you go into the WCM and run the PCM replaced function. You will need the pin code from the dealer. The last thing you do is program the mileage in the PCM.
    YOU HAVE to have the pin code and go through the wireless module and do the PCM replaced function.
