     I have repeatedly tried to change the VIN on a used PCM in 07 Xterra. I get all the way to reading old VIN and typing in new VIN. It starts to communicate and when it switches to writing, it immediately fails.

    I am using J2534 from Elite and Windows 10 Laptop.
