Just purchased a new AL319, updated the firmware as instructed, now screen comes up white and un-navagable.  I re-applied the update after some research, same result, tried with a different usb cable, same result, tried it on a windows 10 and a windows 7 machine, same result.

I hate to return this, thinking it should be an easy fix and based on search hits, a well known problem.

Can someone from Autel please respond with next steps
