Hey guys I have a 2012 Buick Enclave I replaced the radio but the radio needs the vin updated when I go under radio Special Functions is missing. I noticed it's missing under Traverse as well  didn't check the Acadia. Is this an on going issue? On Malibu and other GM Vehicles it's there. Thanks using the MS906TS

I program those radios with the Jbox and a subscription to acdelctds.com.
I read somewhere that you can push 2 buttons at once on the radio, a code will be
displayed. Then you call some 800 number and punch that code in and it gives you an
unlock code. I can't remember which buttons or the phone number. Like I say, I just
    program it with the Jbox.

Ok thanks it's the navigation I don't believe you can do it with those. I want a J box I gotta pay off  the MS906TS. I could have paid GM the daily pass instead of going to the dealer.

I just did a 2013 Enclave. Customer purchased a junkyard radio. I actually used the
MDI on it. Those radio updates are the largest download for the car. With the MDI (it's
faster than the Jbox) it took 30 minutes. Some models take hours.
You have to select which files to download (there are many).
