     good morning, i tried to update the program according to your instructions. there was a "Software problem" error, later it was impossible to do anything. Is it possible to reset the device somehow? Please help. The model is Austel Al519.

     Hi there, not wanting to hi jack your post but ive just tried updating my AL 439 and much the same as yours its now bricked !! did you find a solution to reset the device ???
