    Only new keys can be programmed. You need the PIN number before you can do that.

     You mean another key? And yes, you can. If you're the owner and show proof to dodge, they can provide the PIN to you for free. Only if you can proof you're the owner. Then you can program more keys to ur vehicle using a key programmer. But you will need the correct key for it to work. Good Luck!
