ya, having issues too.
only decoding is working if you select the car type and vin manual. :/ 

  Yes not all vehicles will be able to decode vin some of them will not even be able to read and, some of them will read but, will not decode, in that case to improve the software you could send the logo files to autel tech for the vehicles you face problems like this and also any other problems and than post your issue here on forum to get more ideas, hope that helps......

I'm at that point myself once input manual then it does stay in table.
