Can't read the ISN code for new key adaptation

     Hello guys I just bougth the IM608 but I'm not able to program a new key because it requests the ISN code.

    If I try to read the ISN I get the error, this version can't read the ISN code.

    The DME is a MEVD17.2.Y the car is a BMW M235i F22 2014 with FEM

     I didn't even know this tool could do new BMW cars. I'm trying to figure out how to read new Chryslers PIN codes that have the Security Gateway Module. I see cables being sold at online locksmith stores, but not sure if they work with this tool. Good luck trying to find an answer. I would call autel just to be safe. There's a person on youtube who had a problem reading key chips. HE called autel and they told him his machine was faulty. Had to send it in so they could repair it. :(

    Did you get your ISN code? I just ordered the IM608.
