I have a few questions:
Currently it seems like the most recent update for Renault is v3.6. Currently I'm still running v2 on my device. When will I get a new up
Dated version ?
I'm having the following problems when I try to us it with a Renault Twingo Phase 2 (2001European model). Diagnostic part only works when I mannualy add my Vin. Or when I select my vehicle from the manual list. Automatic. Finding of the VIN isn't working.
When i 'm trying to add a new key via SERVICES - IMMO KEY. I cannot select my car via automatic , manual VIN. But I also cannot select it from the manual list. Although twingo III and Twingo II can be found there.
Who can help me further? -

Your best way to solve this problem is to send Autel Tech Support all the log files with a good email explaining them the problems you are having so they can deal with you
