I think its in the main menu, not the diagnostic option. There's another option on the main menu where you are able to do throttle relearn, power balance option should be there. Again, not on the diagnostic option which you can diagnose all modules, it shouldn't be there on the lower cost tools. Should be in the main menu under another option. Good luck!
