    My maxisys have problem for diagnostic bmw' it says load diag lib failed, (1285) so what can i do?

      Did you update the software recently..........? if yes than there chances that the software has not been installed properly, if you still have your Subscription Valid than I would advice you to delete the BMW, Mini & RR software and download it again I would also advice you to keep backup for your tool in this kind of problem you can always recover from your backup.

    Also make sure you have enough memory in your SD Card as this new BMW software is quite big it could be this is the reason your software is not fully installed because of less memory......

    No, its out of date, i just reset factory settings because my screen sensor isn't working properly... i have not beckup so is there any idea?

     Well if its out of date than I don't think even if Autel can help you as they will ask you to delete the software and re-install it again but,  which you are out of date than there is no way to fix this issue...........

     A factory reset deletes all the car makes of software, and even if you have a backup, copied and pasted all the car makes from a USB storage or external SD card back to your tablet, it  will no longer have authorization to access all that backup software you just copied and pasted to the internal SD. A real computer software guy might be able figure out how to move around and  or rename the files to be able to access and use the backup software again but it is a PITA.
