    Hello I'm trying to program a 2009 Mercedes c300 front Sam module and when it tries to do the scn coding it tells me there is a problem. I have done a data log and I have not received an answer. Any way to contact someone in tech support? Or can it be done on maxisys elite with valid subscription?

     you must have access to the server to code the sam

     As said by other member you need to be connected to the internet wit Autel server with a geed internet speed......You need also to send an email to remind them about your issue so they can follow up...............
