    Trucks done 87000 miles, developed an intermittent missfire /juddering on idle. Any advice on this would be helpful

     Take her to the Doctors and get its blood test might be HIV positive...............LOL

    Do you think people are do some kind of a magic that without any info we can tell you what needs doing to your vehicle.......? NO Mate it don't work like that.........

    You need to diagnose your self first and post here if there are any fault codes or tell us what tests have you done so far or how did fault started and so on more info is needed.................
