I'm not so sure you can program a key where all keys are lost. You may have an option to add a key if you still have one working key to start with. Many car makes have a maximum amount of programmed keys allowed before you can add no more and you would have to erase all and start from scratch. Make sure you are using the correct key blank with the correct type chip and key mark of the same key manufacturers that produce the OE key blanks.
