    Use autel j2534 and buy subscription from acdelco tech login. They charge around 50$ per vin. Need windows PC with latest java update to run j2534 autel drivers

     I kinda thought GM was a hassle at one time requiring browser be some obsolete version of Windows Explorer and a lower than current Java and possibly even having to run things in a 32 bit Windows 7 Pro virtual player inside your 64 bit Windows 10. Have they finally got it were folk can at least run the latest version of Internet Explorer and Java off a 64 bit verion of Windows 10 directly? LMAO
