resetting VLP Counter on 42rle Chrysler Transmissions

    Hello have MaxiSys mini with older software release. If I purchase software udate will I be able to clear the VLP tooth counters on Chrysler vehicles. Car was 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Used friends Snap On Solus and his tool had the function.

     You can also try calling Autel. Phone number is on their website. See what they tell you since you're dealing with an older model and software.

     Hi, the mechanic shop I use has the following diagnostic system - Autel MaxiSys MY908.
    Is this capable of performing the function below? If so, would you have a step by step manual on how to do that.
    The Mechanic does not do many transmission and I have the P1745 Code. I have replaced the Line Pressure Selnoid
    but understand you must clear  the VLP Shift Counter and the Output tooth counter.
