I think it needs to be done off a windows laptop with the MaxiFlash Elite using an OE program and a purchased Ford subscription. If you still have the old module and it still communicates ok , you could see if Programmable Module installation is available for RCM. That just reads the information off the original module and write it on to the new one after installing the new module. Other than that there is no actual online programming and coding for Ford off the Maxi Sys ProTablet like offered for BMW and Mercedes during update period
