If the 2 sensors you installed came  blank with no Id's like Schrader EZ sensor, they will need to have the old sensor IDs programmed to them first before they are installed. Maybe programming the ids to blank  sensors can still  be done if you completely let all the air out of the tires before trying.  Be aware though that An Autel TPMS tool can only read and program blank universal Autel MX sensors , it cannot read and program blank Schrader EZ sensors  and other brands , but can read most brands  after they have been programmed 

 There must be instructions in the tool follow them and you should be good to go..........
