     IM508 or IM608 can retrieve PIN code or possibly get from dealer with ID and proof of ID and vehicle ownership or have an LSID and a purchase of an OE subscription with J2534 programming device.

    There is an app for your phone that will pull the PIN codes on Chryslers but you must
    purchase a bluetooth diagnostic tool that communicates with your phone.
