    528i 2011 3.0L, at times engine cranks over with out a hesitation, then at times all I get is a clunck as the starter will try to crank but fails due to a DTC stating a relay is sticking, battery OK, starter is a BMW new starter

    U would have to find the fuses in the computer box .and chnge the relay right next to
    the the single fuse. Sometmes the wire that goes accross the engine breakes at the
    end so check all connection from bat to starter
