Downloading BMW files from the server

I tried updating one of the BMW ecu today but Could not download the update file from the server it tried few times for download but it ended up saying check your internet connections where by I had full network connected has any one else having this problems.....?
With the same network connections I Could update my tool but, Could not be able for download the files.....

OK got reply from the Tech Support Team there was a problem with the server and it was fixed and I was able to update the vehicle today without any problems............

Thanks to all the Tech Support Team for there good and fast support...............

Why should I reset my Table when the problem is with the Autel Server..................?????????

You should not advice people to keep resetting they tool, what if they don't valid update subscription how will they be able to download the software again................?

The server problem was fixed by Autel Engineers and have be able to download all the ECU updates mate without resetting my tool..........
