     You need to call Autel Support in your Geographic region and tell them what you want to do. I'm not sure you can get the registration and the primary email account of tablet changed unless it is still within the one year update period. Do not do a factory reset to the device if you are out of the update period.

    Either call or email Autel with the serial number, password and the email you used for your account - they'll register the device to you even if it is out of the support period.
