My scanner ts 408 will not read the original Renault Captur sensors. I have the most recent update and the 2019 Captur is listed however, it does not pick up the sensors. Is there a specific way to get them to read? -

If the sensors are already programed and the vehicle model and year range is listed on the menu , it should be able to read them.If the sensors are new blank un-programed TPMS sensors of a Brand other than the Autel brand MX sensors it won't be able to read and program other brand blank TPMS sensors that have not been programmed with an ID yet. If it has 4 new unprogrammed blank Autel MX sensors they should be programmed before installing on wheels or with all air pressure vented from tires.If you recently updated the software on the TS408 see if it can read TPMS sensors on other vehicles.

I had the exact same problem on a Dodge.My TS408 was set for Europe in the settings menu.I switched it to USA and it then worked.YMMV
