Mercedes E Class unable to perform'Inital Start Up' on the gearbox

Unable to perform 'Inital Start Up' procedure on the gearbox module (VGS).
Keeps saying - internet good, unable to connect with server.
Battery drained on vehicle - Car will not start. Managed to perform 'Inital Start Up' on ISM and EIS but in Driver Authorisation System it is saying gearbox module not enabling start up.
Any ideas guys ?

Did you send the log files to Autel Tech Support.............?

Thanks for the reply, yes I sent the data log file to Autel for them to check. Would you
have a idea what is the usual waiting time for Autel to check the log?

Thought I would just update. After sending data log to Autel, they came back with a software patch which then allowed me to perform the VGS start up proceedure. Car was then able to start and run.
Hope this helps someone in the future. -

Yes, I do agree by you sending that log file you have helped all the user of this tool because Autel now have fixed the bug and tool is doing its job as it should do......Nice one thanks for doing this also for updating us the out come ...........
