1) Don't ever do Factory Reset if your update subscription is expired by doing Factory Reset you will be losing all your software and you can't upload them again if your update subscription is expired.............2) Any good reason why do you wish to do Factory Reset.............? -

By doing a Factory Reset you will not delete the account details you will only be deleting all the apps and the software in there and than you will still need to upload all the software's again using the same account and if that account registration has any problem to log in than you are in deep shit......best make sure you still have valid update subscription, and you have all the first owners details so you can log in to his account and try to update the tool....
