97 powerstroke runs rough lacking power, have replaced lift pump, cps sensor, ICP sensor, gpr, all with motor craft. Checked and electric greased all connection to the uvch, pcm, idm, ebp sensor. All the connections are good and aren't saturated or burned.
    Engine codes 1212 and 1211
Have seen people replace the IPR and still not fix it so before anymore money is
Thrown at it , need advice thanks .

You have to "dead head" pressure test the high pressure pump. You need to run 12
Volt to the IPR while cranking the engine over to test the pump..
Have you drove the truck while monitoring the ICP? It should go over 2500 psi and stay
there as long as you have your foot in to the throttle.
How many miles are on this truck?
One other note, a fuel problem could cause p1211 too.
