Unfortunately Saved files of recorded data can only be played back on the Autel Scanners since Autel has not yet developed a PC based program required to play the recorded data file  back and display the data in graph mode. SnapOn has a PC based program called Shop Stream Connect where recorded data files from Snap On Scanners can be saved to a PC and played back in better detail than they can be viewed on the Scanners and can be sent to other PCs and viewed and played back only if the other PCs have SSC program to open the files though.

   I suppose You could always make a very brief video off your smart phone of what you want to be seen of the saved data file and email that to your customer
