I am going to sell my unit, a buyer is asking for serial number ahead "to check if us version" etc, any risk doing this?

There is nothing he can find out from the serial number you give..........Only Autel can find out from the serial number that what this tool is capable so, I can't see any problems by giving the serial number but, you can still ask him what is he trying to find out when every thing is in the tool you can see when switched ON.........
